STEP 3: Choose your travel dates (Check-in & Check-out) and the number of guests (Adults & Children).

STEP 4: Select your preferred language and currency (default: English & USD).

STEP 5: Pick your cabin type.

STEP 6: Choose your rate plan (e.g., Non-Refundable, Flexible 05- or 07-Days Earlier Advance).

STEP 7: Add extra services if needed (such as transport from/to Hanoi or Ninh Binh).

STEP 8: Enter your personal information.

STEP 9: Select your payment option (Pay Now or Pay Later).

STEP 10: Receive your booking confirmation — it will be automatically sent to your email once your booking is verified.

1. CHILDREN POLICY

Based on D.O.B Sharing Room Bed with Parents for Halong Bay Cruises Booking Policy.

1.1 Children from 01 - 04 Years Old

The First Children will be free; the Second Children will be charged 85% as Adult on Extra Bed.

1.2 Children from 05 - 10 Years Old

Will be charged 85% as Adult on Extra Bed, and as adult with main occupancy.

1.3 Children from 05 - 10 Years Old

Will be charged 85% as Adult on Extra Bed, and as adult with main occupancy.

1.4 From 11 Years Old and above

Will be charged 100% as Adult on Extra Bed.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy depends on Rate Plan via Halong Bay Cruises Booking.

2.1 There are two Rate Plans:

Flexible 7 Days Earlier Rate and Non-Refundable Rate.

2.2 Flexible 05- or 07-Days Earlier Rate:

Cancel of Free Up 05 or 07 Days Earlier Before Arrival Day and Cancellation within 05 or 07 Days will incur a 50% to 100% charge of the Total.

2.3 Non-Refundable Rate:

Cancellation will incur a 100% charge of the Total.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

Based On Government Taxes and International Bank Transaction

3.1. Card Payment:

The Bank will take 3.5% of totally due to Transaction Fee, Currency Exchange Fee, and VAT. 3.5% bank fee will be added on top for online payment.

3.2. Payment Procedure:

We will take 30% – 50% of total cabin price after booking made to guarantee the cabin. Customer will pay remaining at our Office in Tuan Chau Island, Halong.

3.3. Refund policy:

The refund will base on the booking cancelation policy and the refund will be proceeded due to the cancelation policy

3.4. For Non-Refundable:

We will take 30% of Total after Booking and Customer will pay 70% Remaining at our Office in Tuan Chau Island, Halong Bay.
