Cruise Regulations

The cruise itinerary and the order of activities may be changed at the Captain’s discretion to suit weather conditions or upon request from the Management Board of Ha Long Bay.

We are not responsible for any loss of valuables or personal belongings if such items are not kept in the in-room safe or deposited at the reception.

Guests are not allowed to bring weapons, explosives, flammable materials, drugs, prohibited goods, animals, or bulky goods and properties on board.

Please keep public areas and your cabin clean at all times.

There are designated smoking areas on board. Therefore, smoking is not permitted in cabins or in restaurant areas.

Please do not change the position of furniture or move items from one room to another. In case of damage or loss of property or equipment in the cabin due to subjective reasons, guests are required to compensate 100% of the value of the damaged or lost items.
(In response to the call for a greener Ha Long Bay, we have replaced all plastic water bottles in cabins with glass bottles. Therefore, please do not take water bottles out of the cabin so that they can be reused for future guests.)

There is the Ocean Restaurant on deck 2 and the Flamingo Bar on deck 3; therefore, guests are kindly requested not to bring food or beverages from outside onto the cruise. In case guests wish to bring food or drinks for use during their stay, a corkage fee will be applied as listed below.

The cabin key will be provided upon check-in and must be returned upon check-out. Guests are requested to keep the key carefully and return it when leaving the cabin. In case of loss or damage, the replacement cost will be added to the final bill.

On the last day of the itinerary, check-out time is 09:30 AM. Please return the key at the reception desk and check your luggage to avoid leaving personal belongings behind.
